Vehicle service contracts
Mechanical protection across new, certified, and pre-owned inventory — evaluated on component coverage, exclusions, claims authority, and administrator strength.
Ancillary Products & Dealership Solutions
BGP represents a deliberately limited portfolio of ancillary products and dealership solutions. Limited is the point — everything here has already been through a filter before it reaches your store.
The Portfolio
Our portfolio spans the protection and revenue categories most dealerships rely on. Within each, we represent a small number of programs rather than a catalogue.
Mechanical protection across new, certified, and pre-owned inventory — evaluated on component coverage, exclusions, claims authority, and administrator strength.
Deficiency coverage that holds up at total loss — reviewed for loan-to-value caps, deductible treatment, and how cleanly claims settle for the customer.
Scheduled service programs structured to bring customers back into your drive rather than to the quick-lube down the street.
Paint, fabric, and interior programs assessed on what is actually covered, what is excluded, and whether the claims process respects the customer's time.
Road hazard coverage matched to your market's road conditions and the wheel packages actually rolling across your lot.
Inventory and vehicle protection addressing a genuine and growing exposure — lot loss, catalytic converter theft, and post-sale recovery.
A low-friction product with genuine customer value, given how expensive modern key fobs have become to replace out of pocket.
Dealer-branded and lifetime-style programs used to differentiate inventory and support retention over the full ownership cycle.
Guidance on participation structures so underwriting profit and investment income stay with the dealer rather than leaving with the provider.
Individual product pages, program details, and provider information are being added in a later phase. For specifics on any category above, contact us directly.
How We Evaluate
This is the filter. A program that fails any one of these does not enter the portfolio, regardless of what it pays.
We read the contract, not the brochure. Exclusions, wear-and-tear language, claim limits, and the gap between what is implied at the desk and what is owed at the service counter.
Administrator track record, insurer backing and ratings, reserve adequacy, and how long the program has actually been paying claims — not how long the company has had a name.
Approval rates, turnaround, and how the administrator treats a service advisor at 4:45 on a Friday. This is where most programs separate themselves.
Cost, retail flexibility, reserve treatment, cancellation and chargeback exposure, and whether participation options let the dealer share in favourable loss experience.
Disclosure quality, menu presentation, state-specific requirements, and whether the program would hold up to scrutiny from a regulator or a plaintiff's attorney.
A program that requires process the dealership cannot sustain will fail regardless of quality. Fit is a criterion, not an afterthought.
Implementation & Support
A program only produces once the people presenting it understand it, believe it, and can explain it in ninety seconds. We build that in rather than assuming it.
Send us the categories you are evaluating, the programs you already run, or simply the number you are trying to move. We will tell you candidly whether we can help.
